The Intensive School of English & Business Communication (ISE) is simply the most popular English language school in Brighton. Our rapid growth has attracted students from over 100 different countries and we regularly have over 40 different nationalities of students here at any one time.

An Accredited Education Centre

The schools' British Council accreditation gives an independant indication of the quality throughout the school from our academic expertise to the care we take over our students' welfare.

ISE is an official teacher training centre for the University of Cambridge and prepares students for all levels of Cambridge ESOL exams such as First Certificate, Cambridge Advanced Exam etc.

As an accredited exam centre for London Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) we offer top rate courses in Business English which have established a global reputation.

Course Design and Student Management

At ISE students experience excellent teaching in small classes. Our teachers, many of whom are also teacher trainers, have been carefully chosen for their student-centred approach, wide experience and proven ability to help students learn in a stimulating and lively environment.

Each student's progress is monitored by Senior teachers of each level and in turn, the Director of Studies. Our teachers will also help you to design a personal study plan and suggest extra activities if you need them to achieve particular goals such as passing an exam or improving weaknesses.
